This document sets out the requirements for arrangements for the management of the ERTMS National Identities on the mainline railway.

RIS-8072-CCS reproduces GERT8072 in its entirety, unchanged in Annex A together with its supporting guidance, GEGN8672 in Annex B and amendment (AM001) is provided in Annex C. This RIS can be adopted by IMs and RUs to help discharge their legal responsibilities to manage the hazards and mitigate the risks associated with the management of ERTMS national identities.
