Synopsis

This document sets out requirements for the alternating current (ac) energy subsystem and the interfaces to rolling stock operating over the ac electrified railway.

Summary Of Changes

Revision of all sections including removal of several requirements that do not meet the criteria for national technical rules. Some requirements transferred to new Rail Industry Standard RIS-1853-ENE issue one.
