AC Energy Subsystem and Interfaces to Rolling Stock Subsystem
Synopsis
This document sets out requirements for the alternating current (ac) energy subsystem and the interfaces to rolling stock operating over the ac electrified railway.
Summary Of Changes
Revision of all sections including removal of several requirements that do not meet the criteria for national technical rules. Some requirements transferred to new Rail Industry Standard RIS-1853-ENE issue one.
12 month review proposed a further recommendation to assess the impact of the changes following the completion of RSSB research projects and publication of revised NTSNs by the Secretary of State.
