Health and Wellbeing Data Strategy

Join the movement to improve employee well-being and reduce costs.

Our Health and Wellbeing Data Hub is a transformative tool for the rail industry. It is being developed to pave the way for a healthier, more productive workforce.

This centralised platform will facilitate industry learning and knowledge sharing. By streamlining data processing and automation, it will empower rail companies to make informed decisions and implement best practices. Currently in pilot, it will be rolled out industry-wide from January 2025 onwards.

To realise our vision of a data-driven, evidence-based approach to support the industry, we've developed a comprehensive strategy outlining short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.

Our health and wellbeing data strategy aligns with the goal of delivering the healthiest, safest affordable railway in the world. It complements the Rail Health and Safety Strategy (RHSS), fostering a collaborative environment where industry can leverage data to optimise health and wellbeing.
