Duties of the person in charge of the possession (PICOP)
Synopsis
You will need this handbook if you carry out the duties of the PICOP.
Summary Of Changes
The maximum speed in possessions reduced from 40 to 25 mph. 'At caution' has been added to instructions to be given by the PICOP when authorising drivers and machine controllers to make a movement.
Changes made to allow a possession to be given up around more than one train - previously published in PON.
