Rail Industry Standard for Technical Requirements for On-Track Plant and their Associated Equipment and Trolleys
Synopsis
This document provides a voluntary standard defining the engineering requirements for on-track plant (OTP) trolleys and associated equipment.
Summary Of Changes
This revision separates the technical requirements used to accept railborne plant in GB from the requirements for assessing them (contained in new RIS-1710-PLT). Manually propelled railborne portable and transportable plant (including trolleys) have been transferred from RIS-1701-PLT Iss 3 Section 4.1 to part 8 of this document.
