Defective On-Train Equipment
Synopsis
This document sets out requirements relating to the production of contingency plans, which have to be applied when on-train equipment becomes defective.
Summary Of Changes
RIS-3437-TOM reproduces GORT3437 in its entirety, unchanged in Annex A. This RIS can be adopted by IMs and RUs to help discharge their legal responsibilities to share contingency arrangements for the management of defective on-train equipment.
