RED 28 - Risk at the Platform Train Interface

A Dispatcher is supervising the departure of a passenger service when his attention is distracted by an enquiry from a passenger. At the same time, his view of the front of the train is restricted by other departing passengers and a couple of lads who are larking about. Consequently, he fails to see that a young woman, saying goodbye to her boyfriend near the front of the train, is standing much too close to the doors.
