Biofuels and Sustainability

Biofuels are fuels that are produced from biomass (organic materials) such as plant materials and animal waste, to substitute conventional fuels for transportation purposes. Biomass, can be converted to biofuel in three ways – thermal conversion, chemical conversion, and biochemical conversion.
