This technical note provides additional guidance to RIS-2780-RST Issue 1.1 Rail Vehicle Structures and RIS-2004-RST issue one Rail Vehicle Maintenance about the issue of stress corrosion cracking (SCC). TN2302 supports users involved in the design of new trains or making structural changes to those trains.
